I think its stupid, if you do that there is no security in the plot.

OOC: do NOT skim read this.
IC: But if we just plan, it'll be boring. Why do we have to be so secure about the plot? If we play by the plans, that'll just be plain boring because you know how it will turn out, and there's no point to that. The reason to RP is just to have fun, but it's not fun to just play out planning everything. It would be a lot more interesting if we don't know. For example. When you play a video game for the first time, what is it that keeps you addicted to the game? Uncertainty. What's gonna happen next? That's the question you keep asking yourself when you're playing a game for the very first time. It's exactly the same thing when you're RPing. When you know the story of the game, it isn't very exciting anymore and you quit playing. If it turns out the way you don't want it turn out, tough. It may happen to me, it may equally happen to you. I might lose in a reffed battle against you just as you could against me. Just because you are "The Dark Lord" doesn't mean you invincible. I defeated the Dark Lord in a reffed match in another board and he was good, but he could have defeated me as well andhe didn't take it personally or anything. In fact, he told me he was glad to have fought me. You can't always win BH. Don't get me wrong though. I'm not saying this against you or anything. You're good but i think its a lot more fun if we don't plan and let the story carry on by itself. It makes things much more interesting.

AG, I've seen the ref matches on other sites and they don't always work. Likewise, the freestyle doesn't always work out. Both are nice systems, but they may need to be mixed just to have a new feel to them.
