Jag laughed and he became angered by her last statement. He didn't want to hurt her, but right now he was not thinking straight.
"You always have a choice. I could have stayed with the stinking Imperials like my stupid brother, but I chose to fight against them instead. Besides, do you really understand? Has your homeworld ever been blown out of frakking space?"

Jag looked at her for a few seconds and almost immediately calmed down. He didn't know what came over him, just that it had hurt the only person who cared about him right now.
"I'm sorry Kara, I didn't mean it."
He felt scared to walk over to her though, so just sunk to the floor leaning against the cell's bars.

Kara nodded..."Its...alright. I can't begin to imagine what you feel and what you think of me..I'm so sorry"
Finally her emotions got the best of her as she broke down.She was physically and mentally weakend at this point. She felt s he had fallen for Jag,but she also felt he despised her for her affiliation. One she didnt want to be part of. She started to cry...feeling she had lost a chance with him and a chance at forgiveness...she now felt so helpless.

Jag shook his head from his position on the floor and shook his head before burrying it in his hands. He felt terrible at what he had done.
"No, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said those things. They just slipped out."
It was a pethetic apology and Jag knew it.

Kara exhailed and closed her eyes leaning her head against the cell wall. "I willhold to my promise. No matter what Jag"

Jag nodded, knowing somehow that she would. She seemed like one of those people who kept a promise.
"Yeah, I know."
He then looked at her again, crossing his arms over his chest for warmth.
"You should still get some sleep, you look pretty bad."

He smiled a little more.
