Stupid, Kavin, really stupid! "I'm sorry, Miri, I didn't mean anything... I just meant you are very beautiful and desirable.." He blushes. Why did I say something so stupid, everything was perfect.

“KAVIN! Why do you always do this!?" Miri started to turn away..angry and sad..thinking he was bringing up past issues..acting jealous again..after all her reassurance
"Miri... I'm not... I just was making a point that you're still beautiful and sexy.. and.. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to bring up past issues." He sighs sadly.
Starr wakes up in his arms and begins crying.
Kavin gently rocks her. "Sh, it's alright, sweetheart." He looks helplessly over at Miri as Starr doesn't settle down.
Miri turns to take Starr from Kavin, turns back away from him and begins nursing her, not saying anything.
Kavin lifts his hand to put it on her shoulder, but thinks better of it and puts his hand in his lap. He sits there in silence, not knowing what to say. Afraid that whatever he says will make things worse at this point. Well, not to worry, we'll have plenty of time to work this out now that I'll be home full time.
Miri finishes with Starr..takes her to her carrier & places her in…stares out the window in silence.
As they come out of hyperspace above Naboo, Kavin takes a chance and reaches over to hold Mara's hand, hoping she'll accept his touch.
Miri looked at Kavin…
"I love you." Kavin said simply and quietly.
“I know…I love you Kavin”
Kavin leaned over to kiss her, hoping she won't turn away.

Miri pulled away and stared off.. hurting.
Kavin sighs sorrowfully. He wanted to reach out to Miri and comfort her, but since he was the source of her pain, he felt anything he did now would just make matters worse, so he just folded his hands in his lap.
He felt a little hurt himself. I thought we had a strong enough bond that she could tell I'm not jealous. He closed his eyes and did some breathing excercises to forestall the tears that threatened to come.
"I think" Miri finally said quietly "I need to be alone.." She got up attempting to leave the area.
At the moment she got up to leave her seat, an anouncement came over the speakers. "We will be landing shortly. Everyone please take your seats and put on your saftey harnesses. Parents, please secure infant carriers in the special harnesses."
Kavin reached over and picked up Star in her carrier and secured it so she would be safe.
Miri ignored the announcement and walked to the back alone
"Miri!" Kavin got up and went after her. Letting her have her space was one thing, but her walking around during landing... he wasn't going to let her put herself in danger. He rushed to catch up to her and grabbed her elbow. "Miri, please, come sit down! I promise, I'll leave you alone, but please sit!"

"I was planning to..I'm okay. Please, go be with Star"
Before Kavin could say anything more, a stewardess comes up to them. "Please return to your seats now."
"Come on, milady." Kavin said tenderly as he moved his hand from her elbow to her hand.
Miri nodded without smiling and walked back with him reluctantly.
Kavin took it as a good sign Miri didn't pull her hand away. When he sat down with her, he kept holding her hand
"Kavin maybe we need a trial seperation." She said softly tears in her eyes.
Kavin just sat there in shock as he looked at Miri wide-eyed. His face went pale and his heart skipped a beat. He felt like someone had jabbed a lightsaber into his chest.
His mouth opened, but nothing came out.
He struggled for the next breath, but it caught in his throat, refusing to go down into his lungs. He started feeling dizzy. No, this cannot be happening!

Miri looked up at him as a tear fell down her cheek.. "I'm sorry.."
"C-could we wait to get home to talk about this?" Kavin hopes stalling will give her a chance to calm down and think about what she was saying. I quit the Order to save my marriage, and it's falling to peices? No, this is not going to happen!
Miri nodded.. "Okay.." she looked her ring
Not too soon, they landed. Kavin got up to get their luggage down from the overhead compartment.
Miri stood and took the diaper bag and Star..she rushed to get off the transport..her heart racing
Kavin struggled with the bags a bit as he rushed after Miri, trying to keep up with her. As he does so, he notices how her hips sway, and smiles as he remembers back on the day he finally confessed to her his love.
Miri makes her way off carrying Starr..she got to the bottom of the ramp and stumbled
Kavin gasps, quickly tossing aside the luggage and catches Miri, his heart racing.

Miri looked up at him with wide eyes.. "t-thank..you"
Kavin smiled tenderly at her. "Yeah, just be careful, milady." His voice is soft and low. ~~Remember the first time this happened? The day we first held each other and confessed our love?~~
Miri couldn't help but smile back.. ~I do..~
Kavin swallowed a lump in his throat. His eyes pleaded with her as he spoke, "Miri, please believe me. I am no longer jealous of Tiin. What I said earlier... it was stupid, but, innocent..."
A tear ran down his cheek. "Miri, please believe me!"
"Hey, get a move on, will ya?" Someone from behind them shouted.
"I-I know..I don't.."
Miri's words cut off by the guy shouting
Kavin took Star's carrier from Miri and helped her off the ramp and took her aside so the others behind them could disembark
"Now, what were you saying?" Kavin asked as he carressed Miri's cheek.
